Our delivery specialists help our customers drive away in their new vehicle educated and happy. Delivery specialists will run through a wide range of features with the customer, from pairing phones via Bluetooth or setting up Sirius XM Satellite Radio, to dealing with spare tires. They will demonstrate the car as if the customer was reading the Owner’s Manual.

Internet Specialists: As an internet specialist, your job will be to provide a quality and resourceful experience to all internet leads and inbound sales call customers. You will schedule sales appointments through email and phone communication. Your duties will entail researching about a vehicle’s options and availability, contact customers if they have an inquiry in a professional and courteous manner, and manage the customer database all while maintaining an efficient and effective manner.


Parts Advisors: At South Oak we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience for the entire length of their car ownership. Whether that means searching for a specific part online or helping a customer understand what a specific part’s use is, our professional parts staff are here to help!

Porters: The job of a porter is vital to keep the business running smoothly. Porters work to ensure that all elements of the dealership are clean and neat, being free from clutter and, more importantly, safe. A porter will also move and detail vehicles, run any errands for employees, such as delivering items, moving stock, or anything else needed by the dealership.


Receptionists: The receptionists at South Oak are the friendly voices on the phone when a customer calls. A receptionist will receive the incoming calls from the customers and direct the call to the appropriate person of department, and answer basic inquiries and take messages while greeting the customers in a friendly, professional manner from the switchboard telephone system. When messages are taken, the receptionist will take the caller’s first and last name, company name, if applicable, the time, and the actual message a caller wishes to leave. In addition, receptionists will also assist with filing duties and other administrative tasks as needed.

Service Advisors: If you are interested in the service side of the car business, you’ll love the opportunities offered at South Oak. As a service advisor, you will be scheduling repair appointments, greeting customers in service lanes, writing repair orders, generating estimates, and following up with the customer all in a clean, modern facility with free training, high volume, a variety of vehicles to work on and much more!


Service Technicians: As a service Technician, you will be able to use your vehicle maintenance expertise and customer service skills to perform maintenance work and vehicle repair while sticking to dealer and factory standard. Your duties will range from performing work as outlined on a repair order efficiently and accurately, to diagnosing any malfunctions and then performing the repairs necessary to fix them. Service technicians need to always be sure to keep their shop area and the customer’s vehicles neat and clean, keeping account for all dealership equipment. After the repairs have been made, the technician must road test the vehicles to ensure a repair of high quality.
